Founder Hony. Secretary, IIPA Haryana Regional Branch at Gurgaon (Established  on 7th September 2007).    Actively participated in the activities of IIPA Delhi Regional Branch (1983 to 1999) before shifting to Gurgaon. Initiated the setting up of Gurgaon Local Branch at Gurgaon (2005-2007) and successfully conducted its activities as its Founder Secretary.            

Educational qualifications Graduation:, University of Delhi – 1967 and Master of Public Administration –1982 PGD Labour Law, Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. – 1996
