We are happy to inform you the kick off My Clean India , the new project of the district with a big bang due to the efforts of the team special reference to Co-Chair Rtn.PP. SethuRaman and thanks to RC Chennai KK Nagar for sponsoring the same.
We thank Vaatsalyam an NGO at Ashoknagar for associating with RC Chennai KK Nagar in organising the event.
Thanks to the Headmistress and staff on Chennai Higher Secondary School ,MGR Nagar for supporting us in their School and their Scout Group.

Details of the Project;
Started cleaning the School in MGR Nagar with all work force.
During next week the Head Mistress of the School has agreed to use all the one thousand and odd students for two hours to clean the School and after they along with all NGOs will adopt different streets and areas and work with the community.

The team is eagerly waiting for your call to initiate this in your Inter act schools.

Ram's thought: My Clean India provides students a great opportunity to transform our city environmentally and mould them not only to be better citizens but also as change makers.

V G Ram Kumar (1963) is the Founder of start up company, Aruntec, a socio enterprise involved in the ecommerce business for rural communities. He graduated in  Electronics Engineering (B. Tech.) from Madras Institute of Technology (MIT), Anna University (1987) and also in Physics (B.Sc.) from Loyola College, University of Madras (1984).  

In two decades of experience, he has rendered professional services including in implementing mini ERP Solutions across wide range of organizations from Hospitals, Spinning Mills, Construction Companies, Retail Merchandizer, NGOs and many others.  

He has also created a few novel software products and one hardware product.  His domain knowledge includes business accounting, marketing and administration.

He has also made presentations in a few forums.

He has been a Director for a computer company for several years and also functioned as Chief Operating Officer for a NGO to raise funds to the tune of Rs.20 Crores (US $ 5 Million approx.). Currently he is engaged in facilitating ecommerce for rural communities. 

The web portal has won the Rural Innovation Award as well.  It is a mammoth task of working with various people to realize the end-to-end ecommerce solution for rural people and all efforts are being taken towards this goal. His company is in partnership with various organizations including Microsoft and Intel.  

His interests includes social causes, spiritual development and innovation, including scientific ones.
