Dr Bhatt is a Social Scientist in the Faculty of G.B. Pant Social Science Research Institute, Allahabad. Presently Coordinator, Centre for Population, Environment and Health of the Institute.
Teaching Environment and Natural Resource Management and Quality of Life to MBA Students of the Institute. 25 years of Experience in interdisciplinary social science research. Completed 18 consultancy research projects sponsored by international, national and state level institutions/organizations of repute. Three books (one in press in final stage) and about three dozen papers published. Engaged in human rights and other developmental activities as an activist.
